The fine print, in plain language.

You must be 18 or older to order, and orders ship only to addresses in Canada.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Shipping is extra and quoted for your address before you order, and sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before your order goes ahead, and you can cancel it.

Placing an order doesn't charge you. Your order is confirmed once your Interac e-Transfer for the exact total, with your order number as the message, has been deposited. Orders that stay unpaid may be cancelled.

We ship within Canada by the carrier and service you choose at checkout. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, see Help & Returns and we'll make it right.

Follow the label and its directions. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a health professional before use if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition, and keep products out of reach of children.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
